摘 要:综述了国内外生物质油制备技术,分析生物质油在我国的应用现状,并预测了其未来发展方向和趋势。现阶段主要采用热裂解液化技术、溶剂热液化技术以及微波热解技术制备生物质油。制备得到的生物质油可用来生产燃料油或提取化工产品、气化生成合成气、制备生物沥青、实现老化沥青再生利用、作为生物质固体燃料胶结剂以及与石油二次加工重质油混合炼制。最后对生物质油发展前景提出建议及展望,以期为实现生物质资源高效利用提供参考和借鉴。The preparation technology of bio-oil at home and abroad was reviewed,the application status of bio-oil in China was analyzed,and its development direction and trend in the future were predicted.At present,bio-oil is mainly prepared by pyrolysis liquefaction,solvent liquefaction and microwave pyrolysis.The obtained bio-oil can be used to produce fuel oil or extract chemical products,gasify to produce syngas,prepare bio-asphalt,regenerate aged asphalt,as biomass solid fuel binder,and mix with petroleum secondary processing heavy oil for refining.Finally,suggestions and prospects were put forward for the development of bio-oil,in order to provide reference for the efficient utilization of biomass resources.
