摘　　要：丙交酯是生产可降解生物材料聚乳酸的核心聚合单体,高品质的丙交酯对于生产性能优异、可替代石油基塑料制品的高端聚乳酸产品十分关键。然而,丙交酯产业化生产目前存在产率低、光纯度差的技术瓶颈,相关研究机构和生产企业为了提高丙交酯的综合产率和光学纯度做了很多努力,但现有技术无法处理好产率、光纯度以及生产成本三者之间的平衡。从化学反应理论和工业装备方面剖析了现有丙交酯生产技术存在的瓶颈,开发出高产率、高光纯丙交酯产业化生产工艺路线,并阐述了新工艺路线设计的理论依据和取得的实际效果。相关专利技术已经获得授权,为实现从理论到产业层面全方位突破国外对高品质丙交酯产品的技术垄断奠定了基础。Lactide is the core polymer monomer for the production of polylactic acid(PLA),which is one of well-known biodegradable materials.High quality lactide is critical for the production of high-end PLA products with excellent performance that can replace petroleum-based plastics.However,the industrial production of lactide currently has a technical bottle-neck that is low yield and poor stereo-chemical purity.Relevant research institutions and manufacturers have made much effort to improve the comprehensive yield and stereo-chemical purity of lactide.The main challenge is that the existing technology cannot properly balance the yield,stereo-chemical purity and production cost.In this article,the bottle-neck of existing producing technology of lactic acid and lactide was illustrated from the perspective of chemical reaction theory as well as industrial equipment.An integrated industrial process was designed to produce lactic acid and lactide with high yield and high stereo-chemical purity.The theoretical study and practical results of the new process was also described.A series of relevant invention patents have been authorized,which has laid a foundation for the realization of a comprehensive breakthrough in foreign technology monopoly on high-end lactide products from the theoretical to industrial level.
