摘　　要：随着基因编辑技术在农业领域的应用价值愈加凸显,加之技术认知水平与社会接受程度的提高,以及国际贸易的持续发展,世界各国对农业基因编辑技术的监管政策发生变动,更侧重于保障技术应用安全性的同时促进创新和发展经济。除南极洲外,全球六大洲的监管动态各具特色。不同国家和地区对农业基因编辑技术的监管所持态度及所用方式存在差异,反映出监管政策的选择不仅取决于科学判断,还受到经济、社会、文化和历史传统等多层面因素的制约。未来全球农业基因编辑技术监管的发展趋势将体现为态度包容化与开放化、政策综合化与集中化以及方式国际化与全球化三个方面。With the more and more prominent application value of gene editing technology in the field of agriculture,the increase in technical cognition level and social acceptance,and the continuous development of international trade,supervisory policies on agricultural gene editing technology are changing around the world,more focused on ensuring the security while promoting innovation and developing economy.Except for Antarctica,the supervisory dynamics of six continents in the world are distinctive.Different countries and regions have different attitudes and methods to the supervision of agricultural gene editing technology,which reflects that,the choice of supervisory policy not only depends on scientific judgment,but also is restricted by many factors,such as economy,society,culture and historical tradition.The future development tendency of supervision of global agricultural gene editing technology would be reflected in more inclusive and open attitude,more comprehensive and centralized policy,and more international and global method.
