摘  要:以水为介质,以聚脲为囊壁材料,采用界面聚合法制备了40%丁硫克百威微囊悬浮剂。研究了乳化剂、囊芯溶剂、反应温度和时间等对成囊稳定性和粒径的影响。试验结果表明,囊芯溶剂S-200溶剂油10.0%,亲油性囊壁材料MDI 5.0%,亲水性囊壁材料乙二胺0.3%,分散剂Zephrym^(TM)PD 3315 2.0%,乳化剂Atlox^(TM)CS100A 2.0%,保护胶阿拉伯树胶1.0%,在50℃下反应3 h,60℃固化1 h,可制备出缓释型微囊。释放机理符合Peppas模型及Higuchi方程。热储和冻融试验均合格,试样质量稳定。In this experiment,the carbosulfan 40% microcapsule suspension was prepared by interfacial polymerization method using water as the medium and Polyurea as the wall material.The effects of emulsifiers,solvents,reacting temperature and curing time on the formation of microcapsule suspension were investigated.The results showed that slow-released microcapsules can be prepared when the mass fraction of S-200 as solvent was 10%,polymeric MDI as lipophilic wall material was 5.0%,ethylenediamine as hydrophilic wall material was 0.3%,Zephrym~(TM) PD 3315 as dispersant was 2.0%,Atlox~(TM) CS100A as emulsifier was 2.0%,gum arabic as protective glue was 1.0%,reacted at 50 ℃for 3 h and cured at 60 ℃ for 1 h.The release mechanism conforms to the Peppas model and Higuchi equation.Stability at elevated temperature and freeze/thaw condition also showed good stability of the microcapsules.
