摘　　要：目的 阐述伤残调整寿命年(DALY)的含义,结合具体案例进行实证分析。方法 介绍DALY的概念以及具体计算方法,选取某年某地区男性缺血性心脏病的患病和死亡资料,进行DALY直接计算法的实证分析。结果 该地区男性该年因缺血性心脏病造成的早死生命损失年(YLL)为82 991.94人年,伤残寿命损失年(YLD)为9 733.40人年,合计的DALY为92 725.34人年,合计的DALY率为1 230.57人年/10万。结论 DALY作为适应现代健康观而被提出的疾病负担测算指标,综合测算了人群因疾病死亡和伤残对健康造成的损失,值得在公共卫生领域推广应用。Objective To explain the meaning of disability-adjusted life year(DALY),combined with specific cases for empirical analysis.Methods The concept of DALY and the specific calculation method were introduced.The data of male ischemic heart disease and death in a certain area in a certain year were selected for the empirical analysis of DALY direct calculation method.Results The years of life lost(YLL)and years of lived disability(YLD)due to ischemic heart disease were 82,991.94 and 9,733.40 person-years,respectively.The total DALY was 92,725.34 person-years,and the total DALY rate was 1230.57 person-years/100 thousand.Conclusion DALY,as a disease burden measurement index proposed to adapt to the modern health concept,comprehensively measures the health loss caused by disease death and disability,which is worthy of popularization and application in the field of public health.
