摘　　要：组织边界是组织与外部环境中其他主体相区别相联接的界线。根据组织与环境的关系,社会组织的组织边界主要涵盖业务边界、职能边界、运营边界、形象边界四重维度。在实践中,以Z助残机构为代表的创新型社会组织,突破传统社会组织管理运营定势,持续跨越业务边界、职能边界、运营边界、形象边界之多重组织界线,通过“跨界行动”策略带动组织转型升级与创新发展。多重动力因素驱动下的社会组织“跨界”实践是促进组织资源持续、资源交换、资源内生与资源转化的重要途径。在社会组织的“跨界行动”中,亦须关注其中可能蕴含的盲目性、浅层化、模糊化、景观化等风险并采取相应措施进行风险防范,探索可持续规范化的社会组织发展之路。Organisational boundary is the boundary that distinguishes and connects the organisation with other subjects in the external environment.According to the relationship between an organisation and its environment,the organisational boundary of a social organisation mainly covers four dimensions:business boundary,functional boundary,operational boundary and image boundary.In practice,innovative social organisations,represented by Z for Disabled People,have broken through traditional social organisation management and operation stereotypes,and continue to cross the multiple organisational boundaries of business boundary,functional boundary,operational boundary and image boundary,leading to organisational transformation,upgrading and innovative development through the strategy of"cross-border action".The"cross-border"practice of social organisations driven by multiple dynamic factors is an important way to promote the continuity,exchange,endogenisation and transformation of organisational resources.In the"cross-border action"of social organisations,it is also necessary to pay attention to the possible risks of blindness,superficiality,ambiguity and landscaping and take corresponding measures to prevent them,so as to explore a sustainable and standardised path of social organisation development.
