摘　　要：采用文献调研和比较分析的方法列举传统数字资源共享平台的弊端,阐述应用区块链技术构建数字资源共建共享平台的建设思路,并探析公共图书馆利用联盟链的技术架构,设计数字资源共建共享平台模型。平台旨在实现低开发成本、高安全性能、多元参与共建、协同联动监管的设计目标,兼具随时访问、资源整合、版权保护、权限控制及实时监控等功能,建立数据分类分级保护机制和绩效评估机制,以期为构建公共图书馆数字资源共建共享新生态提供选择路径。This paper lists the disadvantages of traditional digital resources sharing platform by the methods of litera⁃ture investigation and comparative analysis,introduces the construction of building digital resources plat⁃form based on blockchain technology.The paper proposes a consortium blockchain software architecture for public libraries,which designs co-construction and sharing platform model of digital resources.Aiming at low development cost,high security,multiple co-construction and collaborative supervision,the system in⁃cludes access anytime,resource integration,copyright protection,permission control,and real-time monitor⁃ing,establishes data classification and hierarchical protection mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism,which is expected to provide an alternative path for the construction of a new ecology of public library digital resources co-construction and sharing.
