摘 要:为解决现有直流断路器存在的限流效果差、切断时故障电流峰值高以及故障侧电流清除慢等问题,该文提出一种考虑二次限流的混合式直流限流断路器拓扑(Secondary Current Limiting Hybrid DC Circuit Breaker,SCL-HDCCB),通过在换流前后分别设计限流回路,大大降低了电力电子开关的切断压力,并设计旁路泄能回路,实现了故障侧能量的快速泄放。文中首先通过理论分析确定了开关器件开断时间和关键器件参数,然后在基于PSCAD/EMTDC的四端直流电网模型中进行了仿真,验证了该直流断路器方案的正确性和可行性。To solve the problems of poor current limiting effect,high peak value of fault current during cut-off and slow clearing of fault side current in existing DC circuit breakers,this paper proposes a Hybrid DC circuit breaker topology(SCL-HDCCB)considering secondary current limiting,which greatly reduces the cut-off pressure of the power electronic switch by designing the current limiting circuit before and after the current conversion,and realizes the rapid discharge of energy at the fault side by designing the bypass energy discharge circuit.Firstly,the on-off time and key device parameters of switching devices are determined through theoretical analysis.Then,the simulation is carried out in the single terminal and four terminal DC power grid model based on PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the correctness and feasibility of the DC circuit breaker scheme.
