摘  要:聚氨酯缓冲器具有良好的弹性、较大的吸振容量、较高的性价比等特点,在民品、军品上得到广泛使用。日常检验工作中经常发现聚氨酯缓冲器剥落破损、老化失效等现象。为此,本研究对聚氨酯缓冲器分别进行高温高湿、日光老化试验以及压缩、撞击试验。结果表明,温度、湿度可显著影响聚氨酯缓冲器老化性能,随着撞击次数增加,聚氨酯缓冲器的弹性性能逐次降低且影响不可逆。此外,进一步提出了电梯聚氨酯缓冲器的使用和检验建议。Polyurethane buffer is widely used in civilian and military products due to its good elasticity,large vibration absorption capacity and high cost performance.In daily inspection,polyurethane buffer is often found to be peeling,damaged,aging and invalid.Therefore,in this study,the polyurethane buffer is subject to high-temperature and humidity aging test,sunlight aging test,compression test and impact test respectively to study and analyze the performance of polyurethane buffer.The results show that temperature and humidity can significantly affect the aging performance of polyurethane buffer,and the elastic properties of polyurethane buffer gradually decrease with the increase of impact times,and the influence is irreversible.In addition,suggestions on the use and inspection of polyurethane buffers for elevators are put forward.
