摘　　要：基于设备全寿命周期管理的原理,指出了防爆叉车安全管理工作中需要注意的若干问题,论述了使用单位在轮换和报废设备时应注意把握安全性和经济性之间的关系及其处理原则,从3个阶段进行系统性阐述并提出合理化建议,以降低故障和事故率。Based on the principle of equipment full life cycle management,this paper points out some problems needing attention in the safety management of explosion-proof forklift,discusses the relationship between safety and economy and its treatment principles that users should pay attention to when rotating and scrapping equipment,systematically expounds from three stages and puts forward reasonable suggestions to reduce the failure and accident rate.
