特种设备作业人员考核工作存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：本文分析了特种设备作业人员考核工作现状,揭示了当前特种设备作业人员考核工作存在的主要问题,提出可通过取消取证区域限制、收取考试费用、严格考试机构准入、进一步强化考培分离制度落实、规范实操考试管理、严肃考试工作纪律、建立考试机构退出机制等措施规范考核工作,切实提升取证人员安全意识和实际操作技能,有效降低特种设备事故发生率。This paper analyzes the current situation of the assessment of special equipment operators,reveals the main problems existing in the assessment of special equipment operators,and puts forward that we can cancel obtain certificate regional restrictions,collect examination fees,strict examination agencies access,further strengthen the implementation of the separation system of examination and training,standardize the practical examination management,tighten the examination discipline,establish the exit mechanism of examination institutions and other measures to standardize the assessment work,effectively improve the safety awareness and practical operation skills of certified operators,and effectively reduce the incidence of special equipment accidents.
