简易升降类机械式停车设备液压系统改进探讨

摘　　要：采用液压驱动俯仰机构的简易升降类机械式停车设备,结构紧凑,占用空间小,使用数量越来越多。但此类停车设备由于液压系统不够完善,在运行过程中存在汽车坠落风险。本文对此类停车设备液压系统的安全隐患进行了分析,并从设计和制造、安全技术规范和标准2个方面提出了改进建议。The easy lifting mechanical parking equipment adopting hydraulic drive pitch mechanism has the advantages of compact structure,small space occupation,and more and more use.However,due to the insufficient hydraulic system of this kind of parking equipment,there is a risk of car falling during operation.This paper analyzes the safety hazards of the hydraulic system of this type of parking equipment,and proposes improvement suggestions from two aspects:design and manufacturing,safety technical specifications and standards.
