摘　　要：推进共同富裕取得实质性进展最艰难、最繁重的任务在农村,普惠金融厚植于农村腹地,在促进农户收入可持续增长上大有所为。本文从理论层面梳理普惠金融影响农户收入的作用机理,阐释农业技术进步发挥的中介机制,并基于2009-2020年31个省份的面板数据实证检验普惠金融的增收效应及其中介路径。研究表明,农村普惠金融能缓解农业扩大生产的资金约束和平滑消费行为,有助于提高农户收入。这一结论经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理后依然成立。以农业绿色全要素生产率为表征的农业技术进步是重要中介机制,其在舒缓劳动力流失负面效应和促进农业生产高效率方面发挥着重要作用。针对研究结论,文章提出发挥普惠金融和农业科技进步作用、促进农民增收的建议。The most difficult and arduous task to make more substantial progress in promoting common prosperity lies in rural areas.inclusive finance’s deep planting in rural hinterland has made great achievements in promoting the sustainable growth of farmers’income.Firstly,this paper combs the mechanism of inclusive finance’s influence on farmers’income from the theoretical level,then explains the intermediary mechanism of agricultural technological progress.Finally,based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2009 to 2020,it empirically tests the income-increasing effect and its intermediary path in inclusive finance.The research shows that inclusive finance can alleviate the financial constraints of agricultural expansion and smooth consumption behavior,and then help to increase farmers’income.This conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests and endogenous treatments.Agricultural technological progress characterized by agricultural green total factor productivity is an important intermediary mechanism,which plays an important role in relieving the negative effects of labor loss and promoting the high efficiency of agricultural production.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting farmers’income by giving full play to inclusive finance and agricultural scientific and technological progress.
