摘　　要：目的探讨双腔硅胶尿管改良封闭负压引流装置治疗静脉阻塞型下肢静脉溃疡的应用效果。方法选择2021年6月至2022年6月在本院门诊及住院部就诊的132例静脉阻塞型下肢静脉溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组患者使用套装负压治疗装置,观察组患者使用双腔硅胶尿管替代了负压治疗装置的引流管。比较治疗后两组患者伤口面积、堵管率、分泌物病原菌转阴率、换药费用。结果观察期间观察组患者引流堵管率低于对照组,观察组创面治疗费低于对照组,泌物病原菌转阴率高于对照组,治疗结束后伤口面积少于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论双腔硅胶尿管改良封闭负压引流装置治疗下肢静脉溃疡可降低引流堵管率及减少换药费用,促进患者创面恢复。Objective To observe the effect of negative pressure wound therapy device modified with double-lumen urinary catheter on venous ulcers of the lower extremities.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,132 patients with venous ulcers of the lower extremities who visited the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital were enrolled and then evenly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method.The control group was managed with a complete set of negative pressure therapy device,and the observation group with a modified negative pressure therapy device by replacing the drainage tube with a double-lumen silicone urinary catheter.After treatment,the wound area,tube blocking rate,secretion pathogenic bacteria negative rate and dressing change cost were compared between the two groups.Results During the observation,the blockage rate of the catheter in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the dressing change cost was significantly lower(P<0.05)and the negative conversion rate of pathogenic bacteria was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound area of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified negative pressure wound therapy device by replacing the drainage tube with a double-cavity silicone catheter can effectively promote the wound recovery of patients with venous ulcers in the lower limbs,and reduce the rate of drainage blocking and the cost of dressing change.
