摘  要:应用ITS、ISSR分子标记技术对收集保存的16个灵芝菌株进行遗传多样性分析。基于ITS序列,将2个“白灵芝”鉴定为乳白栓孔菌(Leiotrametes lactinea),并非白肉灵芝(Ganoderma leucocontextum),其他菌株均为灵芝属。基于ISSR分子标记技术对样品进行聚类分析,结果表明,相似水平在0.64时,16株供试菌株可以聚为三组。第一组中的1号与9号的遗传相似系数在0.95以上,11号与12号菌株的遗传相似系数达到1.00,可能属于同物异名。研究结果将为纠正灵芝种源同物异名、同名异物的问题以及进一步开发利用奠定基础。The genetic diversity analysis of sixteen Ganoderma strains collected and preserved was analyzed by ITS and ISSR molecular markers.Based on ITS sequence,two strains were identified as Leiotrametes lactinea,not Ganoderma leucocontextum,and other strains were identified as Ganoderma spp..The dendrogram derived from ISSR data by UPGMA suggested that all of the sixteen strains could be divided into three distinct genetic groups at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.64.In the first group,the genetic similarity coefficient of strain No.1 and strain No.9 was above 0.95,and the genetic similarity coefficient of strain No.11 and strain No.12 reached 1.00,which might be homonyms.The results will lay a foundation for the correction of the problems of homonyms of Ganoderma spp.provenances and further development and utilization.
