摘 要:为充分利用湛江市本地甘蔗渣、桑屑枝条、土沉香渣等秸秆资源,降低赤灵芝生产对木材原料的依赖,通过研究3个配方菌丝生长速度、子实体和孢子粉产量、品质(多糖、三萜)、抗氧化活性等,筛选出适合本地的优良赤灵芝栽培配方。结果显示,添加了甘蔗渣的配方2,菌丝生长速度最快(0.75 cm·d^(-1)),孢子粉产量最高(14.45 g/袋),且多糖和三萜总含量也高于其他2个配方。添加土沉香渣的配方3,菌盖直径(7.55 cm)、子实体鲜质量(36.79 g/袋)、总产量最高,但多糖和三萜总含量不如其他2个配方。添加了桑屑的配方1,赤灵芝的总抗氧化活性稍高于其他2个配方,但无显著差异。3个配方下子实体的三萜含量高于孢子粉,而孢子粉的多糖含量高于子实体。综合分析,配方2是实现梅灵3号灵芝孢子粉高产的较优栽培配方,适合在当地推广应用。In order to make full use of Zhanjiang’s local straw resources such as bagasse,mulberry cuttings,agilawood slag,and reduce the dependence on wood raw materials of Ganoderma lucidum production,the excellent formula suitable for local G.lucidum cultivation was screened out by studying the mycelial growth rate,yield of fruit body and spore powder,content of polysaccharide and triterpene,antioxidant activity of three formulas.The result show that formula 2 with bagasse had the fastest mycelial growth rate(0.75 cm·d-1),the highest yield of spore powder(14.45 g per bag),and the total content of polysaccharide and triterpene was also higher than the other two formulas.The formula 3 with agilawood residue had the highest diameter of cap(7.55 cm),fresh weight of fruity body(36.79 g per bag)and total yield,but the contents of polysaccharide and triterpene were lower than those of the other two formulas.The total antioxidant activity of the formula 1 supplemented with mulberry shavings was higher than that of the other two formulas,but there was no significant difference.The content of triterpenes in fruit body of the three formulas was higher than that in spore powder,while the content of polysaccharide in spore powder was higher than that in fruit body.By comprehensive analysis,formula 2 is the best cultivation formula to achieve high spore powder yield of G.lucidum Meiling No.3,which was suitable for local promotion and application.
