摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定蔬菜基地土壤中铬的分析方法。土壤样品进行四酸消解后,仪器进行光学初始化自检,利用内标氢气和MSF模型校正基体干扰和光谱干扰。质量控制中相关系数大于0.998,检出限为0.27mg/kg,相对标准偏差均小于3%,加标回收85.6%-105%,表明质量控制均满足实验要求。该方法快捷方便、灵敏度高、耐受力强稳定性好,为后续测定铬提供技术参考。A method for the determination of chromium in soil of vegetable base by inductively coupled plasma atomie enmission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was established.After the soil sample is digested with tetra acid,the instrument conducts optical initialization self inspection,and uses internal standard argon and MSF model to correet matrix interference and spectral interference.In the quality control,the correlation cefficient is greater than 0.9998,the deteetion limit is 0.27mg/kg,the relative standard deviation is less than 3%,and the spiked recovery is 85.6%~105%,indicating that the quality control meels the experimental requirements.The method is fast,convenient,sensitive,strong tolerance and good stability,which provides a technical reference for the subsequent determination of chromium.
