摘　　要：再造烟叶生产过程中,随着涂布液循环使用时间的推移涂布液温度、含渣量发生变化,涂布液黏度随之而变化。本研究通过对比不同涂布液温度下再造烟叶产品内在感官质量的情况,确定生产中涂布液温度工艺控制范围。结果表明:根据产品品质定位,可将涂布液温度分类进行设定:一类:50℃±允差值;二类:52.5℃±允差值;三类:42.5℃±允差值,设定值能为再造烟叶产品在线生产过程控制提供参考。During the production of reconstituted tobacco leaves,the viscosity of the coating solution changes with the temperature and slag content of the coating solution as the time goes by.This study compared the internal sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco products under different coating solution temperatures,and determined the control range of coating solution temperature process in production.The results show that according to the product quality positioning,the coating liquid temperature can be classified and set:Class I:50℃±tolerance;Class II:52.5℃±tolerance value;Class III:42.5℃±tolerance value,the set value can provide reference for online production process control of reconstituted tobacco products.
