稻壳-胶黏剂包装材料性能影响因素的研究

摘　　要：以稻壳为主要原料,掺入环氧树脂等助剂,通过发泡的方式研制出了一种新型包装材料。研究结果表明:稻壳掺量、胶黏剂配比及稻壳粒径级配等均是影响制品性能的主要因素。当稻壳掺量为60%、两种胶黏剂混合比例为3∶2,大/小粒径稻壳比为3∶2时,制得的混合材料在抗压能力、回弹性能这两个方面综合性能最佳。In this paper,a new packaging material was developed by foaming.The results showed that the rice shell mixture,adhesive ratio and particle size were the main factors affecting the product performance.When the rice husk mixing content is 60%,the mixing ratio of the two adhesives is 3∶2,and the rice husk grading is 3∶2,the mixed material has the best comprehensive performance in terms of compressive resistance and elastic energy.
