摘　　要：从设计与施工的角度对《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》中特别重要的内容以及不同于以往防水规范的内容进行介绍,主要包括:1)采用工程防水类别与防水环境类别相结合的方法确定防水设防等级;2)建立了防水设计工作年限的总体目标,设计、材料、施工、运维等均围绕总体目标制定具体规定;3)采用增加防水设防道数和增加防水层厚度为主要手段,提高工程防水质量和防水使用年限;4)采用按工程防水类别,作为防水工程质量合格判定标准。From the perspectives of design and construction,this paper introduces the particularly important contents of“General code for waterproofing of building and municipal engineering”and the contents different from the previous waterproofing specifications,mainly including:1)determining the waterproofing fortification grade by combining the engineering waterproofing category with the waterproofing environment category;2)the overall goal of the working life of waterproofing design has been established,and the design,materials,construction,operation and maintenance have all made specific provisions around the overall goal;3)improve the waterproofing quality and waterproofing service life of the project by increasing the number of waterproofing fortifications and the thickness of waterproofing layer as the main means;4)engineering waterproofing category shall be used as the qualification judgment standard of waterproofing project quality.
