预制拼装综合管廊管片接缝三元乙丙橡胶密封垫长期防水性能研究

摘　　要：针对预制拼装综合管廊管片接缝防水密封垫的耐久性问题,以广州市某综合管廊工程为依托,采用实际工程使用的三元乙丙橡胶密封垫,设置不同的接缝高度与老化温度,对密封垫开展长期防水性能试验研究。根据密封垫随老化时间变化的压缩接触应力和永久变形数据,拟合得出密封垫性能老化函数模型,研究不同接缝高度的密封垫能否满足相关规范规定的100年防水使用要求,以期为实际工程设计提供参考。With regard to the durability of the waterproofing sealing gasket at the segment joints of prefabricated utility tunnel,long-term waterproofing performance test research for sealing gasket is carried out based on a comprehensive pipe gallery project in Guangzhou.In this test,the EPDM rubber sealing gasket adopted in the actual project is used,and different joint heights and aging temperatures are set.According to the compression contact stress and permanent deformation data of the gasket changing with aging time,the aging function model of the gasket performance is obtained by fitting,and whether the gasket with different joint heights can meet the 100-year waterproofing service requirements specified in the relevant specifications is studied,with a view to providing reference for the actual engineering design.
