摘　　要：以套筒剪力墙外墙板和预制外挂墙板为主要研究对象,介绍了装配式建筑外墙板间水平横向接缝、垂直竖向接缝等重点部位的防水设计和施工质量控制方法。通过采用企口、空腔等防水构造与密封胶、气密条等防水材料相结合的质量控制措施,达到外墙接缝防排水的目的。Taking the outer wall panels of sleeve shear wall and prefabricated outer wall panels as the main research objects,this paper introduces the waterproofing design and construction quality control methods of key parts such as horizontal joints and vertical joints between the outer wall panels of prefabricated buildings.The purpose of waterproofing and drainage of exterior wall joints is achieved through the quality control measures of combining waterproofing structures such as tongue&groove,cavities with waterproofing materials such as sealant and air-tight strip.
