摘 要:古城煤矿工作面巷道采用沿空留巷设计,针对实体煤侧变形明显、扩帮工作量大等问题,以S1303辅助进风巷为工程背景,运用数值模拟,研究了不同锚杆预紧力水平对沿空留巷实体煤帮和底板变形的影响,改进了适用于实体煤帮支护的张拉式预紧力锚杆及相关装置;通过现场实验和巷道围岩变形量监测,表明巷道实体煤帮变形量明显减小,同时扩帮效率明显提高、返修成本显著降低,对类似围岩条件巷道控制具有参考价值。The design of the working face chute of Gucheng Coal Mine is designed to stay along the air,and in view of the obvious deformation of the solid coal side and the large amount of work to expand the gang,the effect of different anchor preload levels on the deformation of the solid coal gang and the bottom plate of the chute along the air is studied by numerical simulation,and the tensioned preload anchor and related devices applicable to the support of the solid coal gang are improved;through field experiments and monitoring of the deformation of the roadway through field experiments and monitoring of the deformation of the surrounding rock,it shows that the deformation of the solid coal gang of the roadway is significantly reduced,and the efficiency of the gang expansion is significantly improved and the reworking cost is significantly reduced,which is of reference value for the control of the roadway in similar surrounding rock conditions.
