摘  要:采用座滴法研究了MgO、MgAl_(2)O_(4)和MgO-CaO三种镁质耐火材料与重轨钢钢液在1550℃下的润湿行为,结合电子显微镜分析了润湿过程中钢液对不同耐火材料的渗透程度和不同耐火材料对钢液洁净度的影响。结果表明,1550℃下,重轨钢与MgO、MgAl_(2)O_(4)和MgO-CaO耐火材料的起始接触角分别为116.8°、133.5°和147.1°,其平衡接触角分别为97.6°、91.0°和109.4°。MgAl_(2)O_(4)耐火材料会大量溶解于重轨钢钢液中,导致钢珠表面形成大量的MgAl_(2)O_(4)夹杂物,同时容易被钢液侵蚀渗透,平均渗透深度为163.4μm;MgO-CaO耐火材料与重轨钢钢液在界面处会生成致密Ca-Si-O反应层,阻碍了钢液向耐火材料的渗透,但反应物会进入钢液并弥散在其表层;MgO耐火材料与钢液的相互作用最小,最不易对钢液的洁净度产生影响,被钢液侵蚀的程度也较小。The wettability measurement between MgO,MgAl_(2)O_(4)and MgO-CaO refractories and the molten heavy rail steel was carried out using the sessile drop method at 1550℃.The penetration of the molten steel to different refractories and the effect of different refractories on the steel cleanliness were analyzed using a scanning electron microscope after the wetting process.Results showed that the initial contact angels between MgO,MgAl_(2)O_(4)and MgO-CaO refractories and the molten heavy rail steel were 116.8°,133.5°and 147.1°,while the equilibrium contact angles were 97.6°,91.0°,and 109.4°at 1550℃,respectively.The MgAl_(2)O_(4)refractory was eroded by the heavy rail steel,leading to the formation of magnesium aluminum spinel inclusions on the surface of steel ball.Besides,the MgAl_(2)O_(4)refractory was easily penetrated by the molten steel with the average penetration depth of 163.4μm.A dense reaction layer was formed at the interface between MgO-CaO refractory and the molten steel.The reaction layer hindered the penetration of the molten steel into the MgO-CaO refractory,but the reactants were involved into the molten steel and spread out on the surface.The interaction between the molten steel and the MgO refractory was the weakest.MgO refractory hardly affected the steel cleanliness,and was weakly corroded by the molten heavy rail steel.
