摘 要:分析了某电厂油改煤锅炉前墙冷灰斗区域频繁发生水冷壁爆管现象的原因,根据现象分别进行了变二次风试验、不均等配风试验、煤粉倒塔型分配试验及变煤气喷嘴投运方式试验。经过一系列燃烧优化调整,结果表明,采用合理的二次风配比、煤粉量分配以及煤气喷口组合投运措施,对缓解冲刷水冷壁引起的爆管效果显著。It analyzes the reasons why the water wall pipe burst frequently in the cold ash bucket area of the front wall of the oil-to-coal boiler in a power plant.According to the phenomenon,the variable secondary air test,the unequal air distribution test,the coal powder inverted tower distribution test,and the operation test of the variable gas nozzle are carried out respectively.Through a series of combustion optimization and adjustment tests,the results show that making use of the reasonable secondary air ratio,coal powder distribution and combined operation measures of gas nozzle have significant effect on relieving the pipe burst caused by flushing water wall.
