摘  要:冷连轧机组的轧辊轴承具有转速高、工作负荷大等特点,温度是反映滚动轴承运行状态的重要指标,但是现有的温度监测方法和技术手段均不能满足高温和强乳液喷淋等实际环境的要求。为了避免轴承烧损事故的发生,开发了一套高可靠性红外热成像监测系统,其可以及时有效地监测出轧辊轴承的温度变化状况,实现异常温度的预警,提醒操作人员及时干预调整,有效预防轴承烧损事故,确保生产顺行稳定,并利用大数据分析为轴承使用维护提出指导性意见。The rolling bearing of the tandem cold rolling mill has the characteristics of high speed and large working load.Temperature is an important indicator to reflect the running state of the rolling bearing.However,the existing temperature monitoring methods and technical means cannot meet the requirements of the actual environment such as high temperature and strong emulsion spraying.Therefore,in order to avoid the occurrence of bearing burnout accidents,a high-reliability infrared thermal imaging monitoring system has been developed,which can timely and effectively monitor the temperature changes of the rolling bearing and realize early warning of abnormal temperature.It greatly improves the health management level of mechanical equipment and effectively prevents bearing accidents.Finally,the data analysis result can be used to provide guidance for bearing maintenance.
