数字经济对区域经济收敛的影响——基于空间杜宾模型的实证分析

摘　　要：厘清数字经济发展与区域经济收敛之间的关系,有利于在政策上找准优化数字经济布局与推进区域协调发展的结合点。文章采用2011—2019年270个城市的面板数据,并构造了空间杜宾计量模型,实证检验了数字经济对区域经济收敛的影响。研究发现:数字经济与区域经济发展水平呈空间正相关,数字经济有利于推动经济增长,促进区域经济收敛并缩小地区经济差距。为了充分发挥数字经济促进区域经济收敛的作用,推进区域高质量协调发展,应适度加大对欠发达地区发展数字经济的支持力度,构建起数字经济均衡发展的长效机制。Clarifying the relationship between the development of the digital economy and regional economic convergence is conducive to finding the right combination of optimizing the layout of the digital economy and promoting coordinated regional development in terms of the policy.This article uses panel data from 270 cities from 2011-2019 and constructs a spatial Durbin econometric model to empirically test the impact of the digital economy on regional economic convergence.It is found that the digital economy is spatially positively correlated with the level of regional economic development and that the digital economy is conducive to promoting economic growth,facilitating regional economic convergence,and narrowing the regional economic gap.To give full play to the role of the digital economy in promoting regional economic convergence and promoting high-quality coordinated regional development,support for the development of the digital economy in less developed regions should be appropriately increased,and a long-term mechanism for the balanced development of the digital economy should be built.
