摘  要:回顾性分析多模态影像融合技术结合CBL教学在神经外科住培教学中的作用。研究对象为624名2016—2021年苏州大学附属第一医院神经外科住培学员,分为传统教学组、CBL教学组和多模态+CBL教学组,比较三组的成绩差异。研究发现,三个教学组经培训后理论考核成绩均有提高,其中多模态+CBL教学组提高最多,传统教学组提高最少。手术技能考核成绩方面,传统教学组和CBL教学组没有差异,多模态+CBL教学组明显高于前两组。结果表明,采用多模态影像融合技术结合CBL教学能够解决教学过程中手术技能方面的授课难点,并提升学员的理论考核成绩,为临床教学提供了新思路和方向。The role of multimodal image fusion technology combined with CBL teaching in neurosurgery residential training is analyzed retrospectively.The subjects of the study are 624 neurosurgery trainees from the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from 2016 to 2021,who were divided into traditional teaching group,CBL teaching group and multimodal+CBL teaching group,and the differences of the three groups were compared.The study shows that the theoretical assessment scores of the three teaching groups have improved after training,among which the multimodal+CBL teaching group has improved the most,and the traditional teaching group has improved the least.There is no difference between the traditional teaching group and the CBL teaching group in the assessment of surgical skills,and the multimodal+CBL teaching group is significantly higher than the former two groups.The results show that the use of multimodal image fusion technology combined with CBL teaching can solve the teaching difficulties of surgical skills in the teaching process,improve the students’theoretical examination results,and provide new ideas and directions for clinical teaching.
