摘  要:在基片集成波导结构的基础上设计一款5G FR2频段双模滤波器。首先采用腔体中心频率公式计算出滤波器腔体的长、宽,从而初步确定腔体长度和宽度;然后进行基片集成波导与微带线之间过渡结构的设计;最后进行HFSS仿真优化,确定最终结构尺寸。滤波器最终中心频率为26.2 GHz,3 dB带宽为4.2 GHz,插入损耗小于0.5 dB,回波损耗优于25 dB。通过HFSS仿真结果显示其滤波效果良好,具有一定实用性。Based on the substrate integrated waveguide structure,a 5G FR2 band dual-mode filter is designed.Firstly,the length and width of the filter cavity are calculated by the cavity center frequency formula,and the length and width of the cavity are preliminarily determined.Then the transition structure between the substrate integrated waveguide and the microstrip line is designed.Finally,the HFSS simulation optimization is carried out to determine the final structure size.The final center frequency of the filter is 26.2 GHz,the 3 dB bandwidth is 4.2 GHz,the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB,and the return loss is better than 25 dB.The HFSS simulation results show that the filtering effect is good and has certain practicability.
