摘 要:带钢连续酸洗过程中,酸洗液中的Fe^(2+)浓度不断上升,Fe^(2+)浓度的高低决定废酸的排放,因此在线实时检测酸洗中的Fe^(2+)浓度对于确保酸洗质量和酸洗过程的连续性有重要影响。当前酸洗液中的Fe^(2+)浓度采用人工取样检测方法,不能及时掌握酸洗液中Fe^(2+)浓度的变化。该文采用分光光度法测定酸洗液中Fe^(2+)浓度,研究吸光度与酸洗液中Fe^(2+)浓度之间的关系,在对酸洗液中不溶物进行去除条件下,实现Fe^(2+)在线检测,检测结果与实际值之间的偏差小于3.0%。In the process of continuous pickling of strip steel,the concentration of Fe^(2+)in pickling solution is increasing,and the concentration of Fe^(2+)determines the discharge of waste acid,so the in-line real-time detection of Fe^(2+)concentration in pickling is important to ensure the quality of pickling and the continuity of pickling process.At present,the concentration of Fe^(2+)in pickling solution is detected by manual sampling,so the change of Fe^(2+)concentration in pickling solution can not be grasped in time.In this paper,the concentration of Fe^(2+)in pickling solution was determined by spectrophotometry method,and the relationship between absorbance and the concentration of Fe^(2+)in pickling solution was studied.Under the condition of removing insoluble matter in pickling solution,in-line inspection of Fe^(2+)was realized,and the deviation between the detection result and the actual value was less than 3.0%.
