路基土石方机械破碎设备选型研究

摘　　要：近年来应用广泛的挖掘机岩石臂是风化石、页岩、红砂岩和石灰岩等挖掘破碎的利器。较于传统的破碎锤及爆破作业,具有高效率、低成本的特点。以仪陇县宜居县城建设PPP项目迎宾大道路基土石方开挖施工为例,对在30 MPa以内的石方机械破碎方案进行比选,为同类工程土石方施工方案比选及机械设备选型提供借鉴。In recent years,the widely used rock arm excavator is a sharp tool for digging and breaking wind fossils,shale,red sandstone,limestone and so on.Compared with the traditional crushing hammer and blasting operation,it has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost.Taking the roadbed earthwork excavation construction of Yingbin Road in the livable county seat of Yilong County as an example,the stone mechanical crushing schemes within 30 MPa are compared and selected,which can provide reference for the comparison and selection of earthwork construction schemes and mechanical equipment of similar projects.
