攀西地区文体旅康产业一体化融合发展研究

摘　　要：文体旅康产业一体化发展模式是一种独特的发展模式,能够满足游客的多种旅游需求。文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法、多学科交叉研究法等,对攀西地区文体旅康产业一体化发展进行研究,发现攀西地区具有开放包容的多元文化,得天独厚的自然资源,优越的旅游资源和区域领先的医疗条件。同时也存在资源分散、缺乏系统梳理和深度开发,基础设施建设不完善、配套不足,文体旅康产业整体消费不足,服务水平低、行业队伍力量薄弱等4个方面不足。提出加强顶层设计、合理规划布局;增强基础设施建设、改善消费环境、提升消费质量,加强文体旅康服务、壮大行业队伍等对策,以期促进当地文体旅康产业的可持续发展,助力文体旅康产业新格局的形成,丰富旅游业态。The integrated development of sports,recreation,tourism,health and wellness industry is an unique development model capable of meeting the diversified needs of tourists.This paper conducts developmental researches on the industrial integration of sports,recreation,tourism,health and wellness industry in Panxi region by using literature review,field survey,multidisciplinary cross-over researches,and finds that Panxi region is endowed with an open and inclusive multi-cultural,advantageous natural resources,superior tourism resources and regional leadership in medical conditions.Meanwhile,deficiencies are also found in terms of scattered resources without systematic sorting and in-depth development;incomplete infrastructure construction and insufficient supporting facilities;insufficient overall consumption in sports,tourism,health and wellness industry;inferior service level and insufficient qualified employees.Therefore,this paper proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the top-level design and reasonably planing the layout;strengthening infrastructure construction;improving consumption cognition and consumption quality;strengthening cultural,sports,tourism,health and wellness services,recruiting more employees in order to promote the sustainable development of the local cultural,sports,tourism,health and wellness industry,offer assistance to the formation of a new industrial pattern integrating cultural,sports,tourism,health and wellness industry,and enrich the tourism industry.
