摘 要:为了探究枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能以及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取40周龄体型及健康状况相近的400只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分成4个处理,每个处理20个重复,每个重复5只。4个处理为在基础日粮中分别添加0(对照组)、50、100、150 g/吨枯草芽孢杆菌菌粉,菌粉的活菌数为1.0×1010 cfu/g。试验期56d。结果表明,添加枯草芽孢杆菌显著提高产蛋率(P<0.05),显著降低料蛋比及死淘率(P<0.05),显著提高血清中的总蛋白和球蛋白含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,枯草芽孢杆菌能提高蛋鸡生产性能及改善血清生化指标,但是最佳添加量需要进一步探究。The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Bacillus subtilis on production performance and serum biochemical indicators in laying hens.A total of 40040-wk-old healthy Hy-Line Brown hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 20 replicates per treatment and 5 hens per replicate.The treatments were the basal diet supplemented with 0(control group),50,100,and 150 g/t of Bacillus subtilis bacterial powder with a viable bacterial count of 1.0×10^(10)CFU/g.The experiment period lasted 56 days.The results showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis significantly increased egg production rate(P<0.05),significantly reduced feed to egg ratio,motality and culling rate(P<0.05),and significantly increased total protein and globulin content in serum(P<0.05).In summary,Bacillus subtilis can improve production performance o£laying hens and improve serum biochemical indicators,but the optimum addition of Bacillus subtilis need to be explored.
