摘  要:随着氢燃料电池车的快速发展,与之配套的氢能基础设施—加氢站也与日俱增。液态储氢加氢系统通过优化加氢运行流程对液态存储、增压汽化以及加氢供气过程协调匹配,基于分布式控制技术实现了加氢站高压氢气快速充装气瓶,提高了能源利用效率。系统通过开展最优控制算法研究、液氢泵增压汽化试验验证和加氢供气试验验证,完成液氢泵增压汽化压力达到45MPa,加氢供气流速稳定控制(0~100)g/s等关键技术指标,实现系统自动控制、故障诊断报警及无人值守供等功能。With the rapid development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles,the number of hydrogen energy equipment hydrogen refueling station is increasing rapidly.The system optimizes the hydrogenation operation process in liquid hydrogen storage and hydrogenation station.The system coordinates and matches the liquid storage process,pressurization and vaporization process and hydrogenation gas supply process.The system realizes the rapid filling of high⁃pressure hydrogen gas cylinders and improves the energy utilization efficiency,which is based on distributed control technology in the hydrogen refueling station.The system carried out the research of optimal control algorithm,liquid hydrogen pump pressurization and vaporization verification and hydrogenation gas supply test verification,which has completed many key technical indicators,such as boosting and vaporizing pressure to 45 Mpa,and gas supply flow rate to(0~100)g/s.The system realizes the functions of system automatic control,fault diagnosis alarm and unattended power supply.
