摘  要:随着时代的发展,移动互联网的发展也愈来愈成熟。内容类社交电商在近年来频繁出现在大众眼前,甚至成为许多年轻人生活的一部分。相对于我们熟知的传统电商,内容类社交电商采取了多样的自由营销模式,这种新模式可以低成本的快速获取曝光量和用户信息的反馈。但现阶段也存在着诸多行业问题,本文以当今时代下内容类社交电商在发展过程中产生的问题进行研究分析,发现在社交电商的发展过程中存在内容创作生命周期短、内容类社交电商的柠檬问题、供应链不稳定无法形成闭环、产品服务质量差等问题,针对这些问题提出相对应的改进建议,为内容类社交电商的发展提供参考意见。With the development of the times,the development of mobile Internet is more and more mature.In recent years,content-type social e-commerce has frequently appeared in front of the public and even become a part of many young people's lives.Compared with the traditional e-commerce we are familiar with,content social e-commerce adopts various free marketing models.This new model can quickly obtain exposure and feedback of user information at low cost.However,there are also many industrial problems at this stage.The problems generated in the development process of content-based social e-commerce in the current era were studied and analyzed in this paper,and it is found that there are some problems in the development process of social e-commerce,such as short life cycle of content creation,lemon problem of content-based social e-commerce,unstable supply chain,unable to form a closed loop,and poor quality of products and services.In view of these problems,corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the development of content-type social e-commerce.
