摘  要:双组元液体姿轨控系统推进剂供应稳定是恒推力发动机可靠工作的前提,基于对推进剂性质和供应系统结构差异的对比,重点考察系统在静态环境与飞行环境下的工作压力稳定性。通过试验研究与理论分析表明两管路在竖直方向高度δH越接近的系统对推进剂混合比更稳定,推进剂供应系统中贮存推进剂密度ρ较大的管路压力波动更大。本试验研究可为双组元液体推进剂供应系统在压力稳定性设计方面提供理论依据。The propellant supply stability of the dual-group element liquid pose and gauge control system is the premise of the reliable operation of the constant thrust engine.Based on the comparison between the difference of the propellant properties and the supply system structure,the working pressure stability of the system in the static environment and the flight environment is emphasized.The experimental study and theoretical analysis show that the system with more close height to 8H in the vertical direction is more stable to the propellant mixing ratio;the pipeline pressure with large storage propellant density ρ in the propellant supply system fluctuates more.This experimental study can provide a theoretical basis for the pressure stability design of the two-group element liquid propellant supply system.
