摘　　要：文章针对带电作业车带电提升导线和架空地线的问题,提出了一种带电作业车用10kV架空地线提升支架。该提升支架包含支撑杆、滑套、横担锁定组件、驱动部件、架空地线扣合结构及导向机构,通过提升支架将固定导线的绝缘横担和架空地线连接为一体,实现在提升导线时,同步提升架空地线且确保导线与架空地线之间保持安全距离,确保仅用一辆带电作业车即可实现提升导线和架空地线的作业。Aiming at the problems of lifting wire and overhead ground wire for live working vehicles,this paper proposes a 10 kV overhead ground wire lifting bracket for live working vehicles.The lifting bracket contains support bar,sliding sleeve,cross arm lock components,drive components,earth wire clasp structure and the steering mechanism,scaffolds are fixed through ascension the insulation of the conductor cross arm and overhead ground wire is an organic whole,implementation in raising wire,synchronizing lifting overhead ground wire and ensure keep a safe distance between wire and earth wire,ennsuring that only one live working vehicle can be used to lift both the wires and overhead ground lines.
