超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合环钻术修复剖宫产术后疤痕效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在剖宫产术后疤痕修复中实施环钻术结合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗的价值。方法选择2021年1月—2022年7月本院收治的64例剖宫产术后疤痕患者作为研究对象,依循随机抽样法分为实验组和参照组两组,每组各32例。参照组予以单纯超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,实验组予以环钻术结合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前3、6和9个月后的美观满意度得分、疤痕得分、疼痛得分、并发症等。结果实验组治疗有效合计率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组美观满意度得分和VSS得分对比无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗3、6和9个月后美观满意度得分高于治疗前,且实验组治疗3、6和9个月后美观满意度得分高于参照组;两组治疗3、6和9个月后VSS得分低于治疗前,且VSS得分均低于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛得分对比无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗3、6和9个月后疼痛得分低于治疗前,且实验组治疗3、6和9个月后疼痛得分低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组瘢痕凹陷、持续红斑、硬结与瘢痕增生等并发症合计率低于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术后疤痕患者修复中,环钻术结合超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光的疗效显著,有助于改善术后疤痕,减轻剖宫产术后疼痛,促进美观满意度提高,减少并发症风险,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of trephine combined with ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser therapy in scar repair after cesarean section.Methods A total of 64 patients with scars after cesarean section who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects,and grouped according to random sampling method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given ultra-pulse CO_(2) fractional laser treatment alone,and the experimental group was given trephine combined with ultra-pulse CO_(2) fractional laser treatment.The curative effects of the two groups were compared;as well as the aesthetic satisfaction scores,scar scores,pain score,and complications before treatment and at 3,6 and 9 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in aesthetic satisfaction score and VSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3,6 and 9 months of treatment,the aesthetic satisfaction score of both two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the aesthetic satisfaction score of experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment at 3,6 and 9 months after treatment,and the VSS score of experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment after 3,6 and 9 months of treatment,and the score of experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total rate of complications such as scar depression,persistent erythema,induration and scar hyperplasia in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the re
