摘　　要：异种脱细胞真皮基质(Xenogeneic acellular dermalmatrix,Xeno-ADM)是异种皮经过生物工程技术制备而成的新型真皮移植替代材料。研究表明其具有低抗原性、快速上皮化且可塑性强等特点,在临床创伤修复方面得到广泛的应用。本文就异种脱细胞真皮基质的特性及其在临床应用进展上进行综述。Xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix(Xeno-ADM),as a newly developed dermal transplant substitute graft,is derived from exogenic sources skin by Biological engineering technology.Studies have shown that it has the characteristics of low antigenicity,rapid epithelialization and strong plasticity,and has been widely used in clinical wound repair.This article reviews the characteristics of Xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix and its clinical application progress.
