摘　　要：目的:分析快动眼睡眠(REM)与非快动眼型睡眠(NREM)型阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者颏舌肌肌电(GGEMG)随睡眠节律的变化。方法:选取2021年4—8月枣庄市中医医院收治的40例OSAHS患者作为研究对象,根据多导睡眠监测(PSG)结果分为NREM组和REM组,各20例。对两组患者进行整夜≥7 hPSG及下颌颏舌肌肌电活性的监测,对比两组OSAHS患者颏舌肌肌电活性变化。结果:两组睡眠有效率、各睡眠阶段(N2期、N3期、REM期)占总睡眠时间百分比、REM期持续时间、N2期GGEMG数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);REM组AHI高于NREM组,REM期GGEMG低于NREM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在REM期睡眠阶段,REM型OSAHS患者的颏舌肌肌电活性显著低于NREM型OSAHS患者,而在N2期无明显差异。Objective:To analyze the changes of genioglossus electromyography(GGEMG)with sleep rhythm in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)during rapid eye movement(REM)sleep and non-rapid eye movement(NREM)sleep.Methods:A total of 40 patients with OSAHS treated in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the polysomnography(PSG)results,they were divided into NREM group and REM group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were monitored for≥7 h PSG overnight and mandibular genioglossus electromyography activity.The changes of genioglossus electromyography activity in OSAHS patients were compared between two group.Results:There were no significant differences in sleep efficiency,percentage of each sleep stage(N2,N3,REM)to total sleep time,duration of REM stage and GGEMG data in N2 stage between two groups(P>0.05).The AHI in the REM group was higher than that in the NREM group,and the GGEMG in REM stage in the REM group was lower than that in the NREM group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In REM sleep phase,genioglossus electromyography activity of REM OSAHS patients is significantly lower than that in NREM OSAHS patients,but there is no significant difference in N2 sleep phase.
