摘　　要：目的:探讨拉玛泽呼吸联合适度保护会阴接产技术对初产妇第二产程及会阴损伤的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月在江苏省苏北人民医院产房分娩的86例初产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组予以常规助产护理,观察组在常规助产护理基础上加用拉玛泽呼吸联合适度保护会阴接产技术。比较两组产妇第二产程耗时、产妇会阴损伤发生情况、新生儿健康状况。结果:观察组第二产程耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组会阴侧切、会阴水肿、会阴撕裂伤的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇在生产过程中采用拉玛泽呼吸联合适度保护会阴接产技术,可有效缩短第二产程耗时,降低会阴损伤发生率,提高助产护理质量,同时不会对新生儿的健康造成影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of Lamaze breathing combined with moderate perineal protection delivery technology on the second stage of labor and perineal injury in primiparas.Methods:A total of 86 primiparas who delivered in the Delivery Room of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery nursing,while the observation group was given Lamaze breathing combined with moderate perineal protection delivery technology.The duration of the second stage of labor,the occurrence of perineal injury and infant health were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of the second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score of infants between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of lateral perineal resection,perineal edema and perineal laceration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Lamaze breathing combined with moderate perineal protection delivery technology during the delivery of primiparas can effectively shorten the duration of the second stage of labor,reduce the incidence of perineal injury,improve the midwifery nursing quality and have no impact on the health of newborns.
