摘　　要：目的:探讨断指再植患者应用综合护理对其再植成活率、舒适度及血管危象发生率的影响。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年6月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的60例断指再植患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行综合护理干预。比较两组疼痛、舒适度、心理状态、血管危象发生率及断指再植成活率。结果:干预前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Kolcaba舒适状况表(GCQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,GCQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血管危象发生率低于对照组,断指再植成活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在断指再植术患者中的应用效果显著,能够减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者舒适度与心理状态,提高断指再植成活率,减少血管危象的发生,促进患者康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on replantation survival rate,comfort and vascular crisis incidence in patients with severed finger replantation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with severed finger replantation treated in Affiliated Nanjing Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain,comfort,psychological state,the incidence of vascular crisis and the survival rate of severed finger replantation were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Kolcaba General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the GCQ score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vascular crisis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the survival rate of severed finger replantation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with severed finger replantation is significant,it can reduce pain,ameliorate the patient's comfort and psychological state,increase the su
