河北省土地利用碳排放时空特征和脱钩分析

摘　　要：采用土地利用碳排放方法核算了河北省各地级市的碳排放量,基于核密度、重心迁移及标准差椭圆等方法分析了河北省碳排放时空格局演进,根据Tapio脱钩分类体系,评价了研究期内各地级市碳脱钩状态。结果表明,研究期内,河北省碳排放呈稳步上升趋势;各地级市之间碳排放总量的离散程度逐年增加,碳排放存在显著的时空差异性,且空间上呈现与经济发展相似的“一线两厢”特征;河北省碳排放的重心处于中部偏东南的位置,大体沿“一线”由西南向东北方向略有迁移;各地级市的脱钩状态经历了由一般向较好发展而后又转为较差的状态,经济增长与碳排放脱钩形势不容乐观。未来一段时间,河北省各地在注重发展经济的同时,应更加注重碳减排,达到经济增长与环境保护双赢。The carbon emissions of the prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province were calculated using the method for carbon emissions from the land use structure.The spatial and temporal patterns of carbon emissions in Hebei Province were analyzed based on the methods of kernel density,the center of gravity migration,and the standard deviation ellipse.The carbon decoupling status of prefecturelevel cities during the study period was evaluated according to the Tapio decoupling classification system.The carbon emissions of Hebei Province showed a steady upward trend during the study period.The dispersion degree of total carbon emissions among prefecture-level cities is increasing year by year,and there is a significant spatial and temporal difference in carbon emissions.The spatial characteristics of“front-line and two-compartment”are similar to economic development.During the study period,the center of carbon emission in Hebei Province migrated slightly from southwest to northeast along the“first line”and was generally located in the southeast of the central part.The decoupling state of all prefecture-level cities experienced a general transition from a good state to a poor state,and the decoupling situation of economic growth and carbon emissions was not optimistic.In the coming period,all parts of Hebei Province will pay more attention to carbon emission reduction while focusing on economic development to achieve a win-win situation of economic growth and environmental protection.
