摘  要:为监测拱坝安全,开发一个拱坝数字孪生健康评估平台,在已有监测点的基础上,将数据统计分析、拱梁分载法和有限元法结合起来,运用Code_aster建立包括双曲拱坝坝体、闸门和地基的有限元模型,以实测的水位、水温和气温为载荷输入,进行基于混凝土材料的热-结构耦合计算,获得拱坝任意位置的结构状态数据。通过友好的交互界面,直观地展示拱坝整体结构的运行状态,实现异常预警和健康评估的功能,为拱坝的安全监测和评估提供一套新的运维方案。In order to monitor the safety of arch dam,a digital twin health assessment platform for arch dam is developed on the basis of monitoring points,which combines data analysis,trail-load method and finite element method.The finite element model including the double-curved arch dam,gate and foundation is established using the Code_aster.The thermal-structure coupling simulation based on concrete material is carried out to obtain the structural state data of arch dam at any position comprehensively with the monitor water level,water temperature and air temperature as input.With a friendly user interface,the operation status of the arch dam structure is displayed in detail and intuitively,and the functions of abnormal warning and health assessment are realized.The digital twin health assessment platform can provide an innovative operation and maintenance solution for arch dam safety monitoring and assessment.
