摘  要:为确保电磁屏蔽机柜能够在强电磁脉冲环境下正常工作,结合机柜电磁兼容性能参数要求及结构,通过HFSS平台建立了机柜密封条结构的电磁仿真模型,对比屏蔽效能实际测试方法将仿真模型进行简化及优化设计,并且对电磁屏蔽机柜密封条结构对各类缺陷的工艺适应性进行了仿真分析。分析了密封条电导率以及螺栓松动、机柜刚度不足、密封胶条长度误差三种工艺缺陷因素对机柜屏蔽效能的影响。根据仿真分析结果,量化了密封条工艺安装过程中各类参数应控制的范围,确立了密封条安装规范,解决了屏蔽材料屏蔽效能仿真测试的难题,成功将GJB 8820-2015中屏蔽效能测试方法仿真化。In order to ensure that the electromagnetic shielding cabinet can work normally in the strong electromagnetic pulse environment,combined with the requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility performance parameters and structure of the cabinet,the electromagnetic simulation model of the cabinet sealing strip structure is established through the HFSS platform,the simulation model is simplified and optimized compared with the actual test method of shielding efficiency,and the process adaptability of the sealing strip structure of the electromagnetic shielding cabinet to various defects is simulated and analyzed.The influence of the conductivity of the sealing strip on the shielding effectiveness of the cabinet is analyzed,and the influence of three process defect factors on the shielding effectiveness of the cabinet,such as bolt looseness,insufficient rigidity of the cabinet,and the length error of the sealing strip,is studied.According to the simulation analysis results,the range of various parameters to be controlled in the process of sealing strip installation is quantified,the sealing strip installation specification is established,the problem of shielding effectiveness simulation test of shielding materials is solved,and the shielding effectiveness test method in GJB 8820-2015 is successfully simulated.
