《南词叙录》的成书时间及作者新证

摘　　要：《南词叙录》的成书时间,据其自序所署,今有二说:一作“嘉靖己未”(三十八年,1559),有清壶隐居抄本为据;一作“嘉靖乙未”(十四年,1535),有清黄丕烈旧藏本可证。二说相差24年,各得其据,难定一是。今考傅增湘1917年所见经过清初何焯批校的“明写本”,乃是两种清抄本的祖本,其自序亦署“嘉靖乙未”,可证确以“乙未”为是,“己未”则系后改或误抄;何批“明写本”仅自序题“天池道人”,无作者的其他信息,故两种清抄本在书衣或扉页所题“徐天池”“徐文长”等,均系抄者补入,并非原貌。嘉靖乙未,徐渭才十五岁,且无赴福建经历,决非此书作者。陆采曾号“天池山人”,嘉靖乙未年夏秋均在福建,他可以作为《南词叙录》的备选作者。On the forming time of A Descriptive Catalogue of the Southern Opera,there are two statements according to the preface of the book:one is A.D.1559,i.e.the 38th year of Jiajing reign based on the Qing transcript by the Huyin House;and the other is A.D.1535,i.e.the 14th year of Jiajing reign with the evidence of Huang Pilie􀆳s old collection.In 1917,the famous book collector Fu Zengxiang once saw a Ming transcript annotated by He Zhuo in the early Qing period,which is the“mother edition”of the two Qing transcripts.The time of this edition was signed as A.D.1535 in the author􀆳s preface,which can proved that the other forming time of A.D.1559 was revised or mistaken.The only information of the author in the Ming transcript is“Tianchi Holy Man”signed in the preface,so the name of Xu Tianchi or Xu Wenchang inscribed in the cover or title page of the two Qing transcripts was not the original appearance but added by the scribes.In the year of 1535,Xu Wei was only 15 years old and had no experience of travelling to Fujian,so he could not be the author.While Lu Cai once adopted the assumed name of“Tianchi Recluse”,and lived in Fujian during the summer and autumn of 1535,so he can be seen as one alternative author of the book.
