摘　　要：中药有效成分可通过多靶点调控机体机能来发挥作用。越来越多的证据表明肠道菌群是中药功效发挥的作用靶点之一。肠道微生物与动物机体在物质、能量、信息交换等方面联系紧密,肠道菌群保持稳态,对机体正常机能的维持至关重要。近年来,肠道菌群与机体关系的研究不断深入,但中药通过作用于肠道菌群继而影响机体机能的报道较少。通过对中药以肠道菌群为作用靶点,干预疾病发生、发展,机体机能的最新研究进行综述,以期为致力于中药及肠道菌群研究者提供新思路,为中药的研发和应用提供参考。The active components of traditional Chinese medicine can play a role by regulating the body function through multiple targets.Increasing evidence indicates that the gut flora is one of the role targets of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Intestinal microbes are closely related to animal bodies in material,energy,information exchange,and the intestinal flora of homeostasis is crucial to the maintenance of the normal function of the body.In recent years,the relationship between the intestinal flora and the body has been deeply studied,but there are very few reports that traditional Chinese medicine can influence the body function through acting on the intestinal flora.This paper reviews the latest researches on the occurrence and development of diseases and body function to provide new ideas for researchers committed to traditional Chinese medicine and intestinal flora.
