摘  要:肌腱损伤在临床上已被列为常见疾病,患者常因长期的肌腱疼痛和肿胀,严重降低行动功能,影响生活质量。由于肌腱的自我修复力差,目前主要以手术干预及移植物替代作为治疗手段,但疗效不甚理想。随着干细胞研究的不断崛起,用干细胞修复肌腱损伤已成为新的治疗手段。脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)具有多向分化潜能及旁分泌效能,且具有来源丰富、取材简单、对机体损伤小和不涉及伦理问题等优势,因此可以作为治疗损伤肌腱的良好细胞候选。论文综述了国内外ADSCs用于肌腱损伤修复的研究进展,总结了ADSCs对损伤肌腱发挥作用的机制,分析了ADSCs尚未突破的问题及发展方向,以期为ADSCs对肌腱损伤修复研究提供思路。Tendon injuries have been clinically classified as a common condition,and patients often suffer from chronic tendon pain and swelling,which severely reduces mobility and affects their quality of life.Due to the poor self-repair of tendons,surgical intervention and graft replacement are currently the main treatment options,but the results are less than satisfactory.As stem cell research continues to grow,the use of stem cells to repair tendon injuries has become a new therapeutic tool.Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs)are good candidates for the treatment of injured tendons due to their multidirectional differentiation potential and paracrine efficacy,as well as their abundant source,simplicity,minimal damage to the body and lack of ethical issues.The paper reviews the research progress on ADSCs for tendon injury repair at home and abroad,summarizes the mechanism of ADSCs on injured tendons,and analyzes the current problems and future development directions of ADSCs,in order to provide new ideas for the research of ADSCs on tendon injury repair.
