摘　　要：胎儿三毛滴虫(Tritrichomonas foetus,T.foetus)是一种寄生于多种不同宿主的原虫,主要引起牛和猫的毛滴虫病,也可作为猪和犬的一种共生毛滴虫。其中,牛毛滴虫病是一种经性传播的疾病,主要导致牛不孕、流产等,而猫毛滴虫病是猫的一种新发胃肠道疾病,主要引起猫的慢性大肠腹泻,两者均呈全球分布,在兽医临床上具重要意义。近年来,陆续从一些患有肺炎或急性呼吸综合征的患者体内分离到了T.foetus或T.foetus样的毛滴虫,暗示胎儿三毛滴虫可能具有一定的人兽共患潜力。论文从病原学、分类地位、致病性、流行情况、诊断及防控等方面对T.foetus的研究进行综述,以期为T.foetus的深入研究提供参考。Tritrichomonas foetus,which can cause bovine and feline trichomoniasis and can be identified as a commensal in swine and canine,is a very intriguing protozoan parasite which can occur in different host species.Bovine trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease that results in infertility and abortion in bovine,whereas feline trichomoniasis is identified as a newly emerging feline gastrointestinal disease that results in the chronic large bowel diarrhea in feline.Bovine trichomoniasis and feline trichomoniasis are both globally distributed and are of great significance in veterinary clinic.Recently,T.foetus or T.foetus-like organisms have been isolated from human patients with Pneumocystis pneumonia or acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),implying that T.foetus may have a certain potential of zoonotic transmission.This review summarizes detailedly the current knowledge of the causative agent,taxonomic status,pathogenesis,epidemiology,and prevention and control of T.foetus,and provides reference for the research of T.foetus,which is of great significance in veterinary clinic.
