摘  要:本项目现浇施工的箱梁不仅截面尺寸大、结构厚重,且需设置大跨度门洞跨越通行繁忙的东环快速路。对支架及门洞结构的安全稳定、承载能力和施工经济性提出了挑战,传统普通钢管脚手架及型钢门洞不能满足施工承载要求。本项目采用新型盘扣式满堂支架,设计了钢管桩立柱+贝雷桁架纵梁的门洞方案,并运用品茗建筑安全计算软件V13.5进行承载验算,优化支架及门洞方案,在支架及门洞搭设时严控质量和预压。确保了箱梁浇筑及东环快速路通行的安全进行。The cast-in-situ box girder of this project not only has a large cross-sectional dimension and a thick and heavy structure,but also needs to be equipped with a large span door opening to cross the busy East Ring Expressway.The safety,stability,bearing capacity,and construction economy of the support and door opening structures pose challenges.Traditional ordinary steel pipe scaffolds and shaped steel door openings cannot meet the construction bearing requirements.This project adopts a new type of full hall bracket with a buckle,and designs a door opening scheme of steel pipe pile column+Bailey truss longitudinal beam.It also uses the Pinming Building Safety Calculation Software V13.5 to carry out load checking calculations,optimize the bracket and door opening scheme,and strictly control the quality and preloading during the installation of the bracket and door opening.The box girder pouring and the traffic safety of the East Ring Expressway are ensured.
